Terms and Conditions
Read through these terms and conditions before you start using our Service.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words in all caps have specific meanings listed below. They work the same way whether they're singular or plural. Here's what we mean by key terms in these Terms and Conditions: • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (we also call ourselves "Solidbridge", "We", "Us" or "Our") runs this website and handles event services. • Device is any computer, phone or tablet you use to access the Service. • Service means our website and the platform we built for event production. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") is this entire agreement between you and us about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service covers anything third parties provide that shows up on or through the Service. • Website is our online platform. • You refers to whoever is accessing or using the Service—whether that's a person or an organization.
Acknowledgment
These Terms and Conditions control how you use this Service and spell out the agreement between you and us. They list what rights and responsibilities everyone has. Using and accessing the Service means you're accepting and following these Terms. They apply to all visitors and users. If you don't agree with something in here, don't use it. You're confirming you're at least 18 years old. Anyone under that can't use this Service.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service might link to websites or services we don't own or run. We don't control what's on those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies or how they operate. You understand we're not liable for any problems or losses that come from using those links or relying on anything you find there.
Termination
We can shut down your access right away without warning for basically any reason, including if you break these Terms. Once that happens, you can't use the Service anymore.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under any part of these Terms is capped at what you actually paid us, or a hundred bucks if you haven't bought anything. We're not responsible for special, indirect or consequential damages like lost profits, lost data, business interruption or privacy breaches. This applies even if we knew it could happen and even if our remedy doesn't work the way it should.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service comes as-is and as-available, warts and all, without any guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we and our partners, licensors and service providers say there are no warranties of any kind—not express, implied, legal or otherwise—about how it works, whether it's fit for what you want, or whether it infringes anything. We make no promises about whether the Service will run smoothly, stay up all the time, have accurate information, or be free of viruses and malicious code. Same goes for our servers and emails.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country, not counting conflict of law rules, apply to these Terms and your use of the Service. Local, state, national or international laws might also apply. Got a problem or dispute with the Service? Start by trying to work it out informally with us.
Compliance & Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: EU consumers get the legal protections that come with your country's laws. United States Legal Compliance: You're saying (i) you're not in a country under US embargo or flagged as supporting terrorism, and (ii) you're not on any US government prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable or invalid, that part gets modified to work as much as possible, and the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce something in these Terms, that doesn't mean we've lost the right to enforce it later. Letting one breach slide doesn't mean we're okay with the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms may have been translated. If there's a dispute, the original English version wins. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you at least thirty days' notice before it takes effect. Keep using the Service after that and you're agreeing to the new version. These terms took effect on August 26, 2026
